I've started this blog as not only a way to track my own progress, but also just in case there is somebody out there like me, looking for some help. I am not a professional by any means, I've just done a lot of research and have personally decided to take the leap.
Low Carb High Fat, or LCHF, is the type of diet/lifestyle I have chosen to follow. This is not something that is temporary, but more a long term lifestyle. I want to find the right thing to do, and do it forever. To me, the LCHF is the right lifestyle for me.
This new lifestyle is going to be hard at first, but I know that if I keep with it, even through all the bumps in the road, I will continue to become a healthier, happier person.
I have also decided to *attempt* to use this blog to log my meals. I have noticed that in looking through the vast space of the Internet, I cannot find anybody that is new to LCHF and what they are eating. So hopefully this blog will be helpful for the newbies in seeing what a fellow newbie eats themselves.
