Week 26 Results are IN!

This week had its moments, but I was able to conquer.  I believe adding in the Coconut oil allowed me to regain control and lose the weight more quickly, after the last 2 weeks gains.    I watched some great documentaries which were emotionaly, but most importantly motivating.  

I highly recommend 

I am continuing to struggle with binge eating, emotional eating, etc., and just need to free my mind, body and spirit of such negative responses.
